Key Responsibilities


1.    Drive Sales & Marketing of LV & HT Motors including Industrial Fans. 
2.    Meeting challenging targets to achieve desired goals.
3.    Exposure to the dealing with OEMs, EUs, EPCs, Consultants, Dealers
4.    Knowledge of competitors. 
5.    Prepare sales plan & achieve set sales volume.
6.    Handle enquiry/ order, submit quotation to the customer, follow up, negotiate order terms & conditions and close the order. 
7.    Ensure co-ordination between market unit, factory & customer for inspection/ approvals.
8.    Responsible for necessary follow up for payment.
 

Key Skill Sets


1.    Knowledge of LV & HT Motors including Industrial Fans market.
2.    Experience in selling to OEMs, EUs, EPCs, Consultants, Dealers.
3.    exposure of dealing Government/ PSU companies is desirable.
4.    Commercial knowledge.
