Human Resources Manager I - (210001HM)

Job Description

The HR manager is an important member of Climate India region HR team and will be a key partner to drive hiring, talent retention, learning & development, and overall talent engagement initiatives. Plan, aligns and executes HR functional strategy and identify priorities. Assesses business needs and draws connections across the functions and operations; identifies implications from talent, structure, and skills requirements. Enhances talent life cycle within organization via value additions through key HR processes. Actively leads and participates in the talent acquisition. Supports the talent management initiatives aligned to business needs, succession plans and talent reviews. Supports Leveraging talent across the India/ME region and business segments to identify opportunities for developing hi potential talent pool. A partner in facilitating the development and execution of learning and development initiatives. Manages the talent review and succession planning process for the functions and be a key partner to Director HR. Implements actions to create a highly engaged, high performing, and inclusive work environment across India region. Initiate and execute Regal Rexnord India Region talent development center initiative through systematic approach. Provide hands-on coaching to functional and site teams on position-based competencies, SMART Goals and performance assessments. Provides oversight on employee relations issues and resolution. Creates engagement initiatives including diversity engagement initiatives, drives which foster a climate of trust, respect and competency education in the organization. Acts as advisor and coach to the functional and site leadership on appropriate HR practices and policies; ensures implementation and compliance including the areas of prevention of sexual harassment law compliances.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience Postgraduate in Human resources or equivalent course. 10+ years of total work experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Learning and Development or Coaching or HR Initiatives or Hiring. Key areas of experience that the candidate possesses would be leading HR processes, Hands-on experience using simple and effective Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Talent Management frameworks, Use of analytics to identify workforce trends and characteristics for the purpose of highlighting opportunities, demonstrating progress, and maximizing the value additions in HR processes. Strong say/do ratio that provides high quality results, Create positive branding of all HR initiatives to support larger change management initiatives. Experience in in mid/large size Corporation (most preferred).
